Todd Cooklin- Director, Architectural & Engineering Support
Todd has over 40 years of experience working in the construction field. Projects include road and bridge construction, water and sewer treatment plants, water reservoirs, pump station work, tank farms and fueling systems, and support buildings. He was fortunate to have worked for 24 plus years as a contractor bidding and managing construction projects and over 16 years with LAS Airport, working with the design teams and managing construction projects for the owner. It is beneficial to understand the perspectives of the contractors and owners. Airfield projects include runway reconstruction, aircraft holding pads, cargo and parking ramps, and airfield tunnel construction for passenger tram systems and automobile use. Jet Fuel fueling systems from the tank farm to complete hydrant fueling system installations, terminal building construction and modernization of existing terminal spaces, airport landside work includes roadway, bridge construction, and parking structures.
