Ryan June has had a diverse background in construction materials, leadership and business development. Being born into a roofing family he was exposed to roofing and architectural building products at a young age. Leadership training began immediately after enlisting into the Marine Corps, serving in a presidential security unit for the Bush/Cheney administration and then leading Marines into combat in Iraq with infantry unit "Dark Side". Business development was a 10 year focus while recruiting SAP architects for fortune 500 hundred companies across the US and UK. In 2015 he came back to his roots to join his father in expanding DJS Enterprises as a leading Colorado based rep firm focused on representing manufacturer's of highly specified construction materials. He is focused on representing reputable manufacturers, developing a deep technical understanding of their materials and delivering those materials to the market with a solution based mindset.

James McPeters has been in the construction industry since 2012. He made the switch from carpentry to building envelope waterproofing in 2018. Since then, he has been able to study, install and train others on many different coating systems, from below grade waterproofing to roof coatings. James is now part of an independent manufacturer's representative group based out of Golden, CO. They cover CO, UT, WY, ID and MT for multiple manufacturers, primarily in the roofing and waterproofing industries. He truly enjoys working with clients to ensure that projects are completed properly and to the highest standard of building practices.

Jeff Alley is a seasoned building materials representative with experience on both the Distribution and Manufacturing side of the business. Jeff grew up the son, grandson and nephew of contractors, and has been involved in the construction trade for the majority of his life. Jeff grew up in Arizona, getting his start in distribution in 2005 working in a color lab formulating and matching colors for the EIFS / Stucco trade, utilizing CAD to develop renderings for architectural foam shapes, and eventually sales. Jeff has been based in Northern Colorado since 2018, moving here with his family after accepting a position with Sto Corp (EIFS, Stucco, Coatings). Since then he has had roles with the Henry Company (advanced waterproofing, air/moisture barriers, traffic coatings) and Smalley and Company in 2023 (building envelope specialist), before joining DJS in June of 2024.
